Pest control that starts with a proper inspection.
Guesswork wastes your money and leaves the pest in place. We inspect the property first, identify the species and the entry points, then treat only what needs treating — and hand you a photo-evidenced report showing exactly what we did.

Why the inspection matters
Most repeat infestations are not treatment failures. They are identification failures — the wrong species assumed, a harbourage point missed, or a moisture problem left in place that brings the pest straight back.
We front-load the effort into finding those things. That is why our reports name what was found and where, and why our recommendations often include work that earns us nothing: a sealed gap, a fixed leak, a changed bin routine.
More about our approachDocumented findings
Species, location and severity written down for every site, so progress between visits is measurable.
Audit-ready records
Material logs and visit history kept in a form that food-safety and facility audits accept.
Warranty in writing
The cover period sits on your quotation before you commit — not buried after the fact.
Where we work
Technicians based in Goa, covering the state end to end. If your location is not listed, ask — we almost certainly reach it.
Common questions
Are the treatments safe around children and pets?
Yes. We use products approved by India's Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee, applied at label dose by trained technicians. Your technician will tell you exactly how long to stay out of a treated area — for most indoor work it is two to four hours.
How soon can you attend a site?
For an active infestation we aim to inspect within 24–48 hours. Scheduled and contract visits are booked to a date that suits you.
Do you provide a report after the visit?
Every visit ends with a written report: what was found, where, what was applied, and what you should do next. Photographs of the affected points are included so you can see the evidence rather than take our word for it.
What is covered by an annual maintenance contract?
A fixed schedule of visits for the pests named in the contract, a named technician, priority call-out between scheduled visits, and a report after each service. The exact scope is written into the contract before you sign.
Do you work with food businesses and offices?
Yes. We service restaurants, kitchens, warehouses, clinics and offices, and keep the visit records and material logs that food-safety and facility audits ask for.
Is there a guarantee?
Treatments carry a warranty period that depends on the pest and the site. It is stated on your quotation before any work begins.
