When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, the location of the property, an optional email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Our server also records the IP address and timestamp of the submission, which we use only to block abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection and provide the service you ask for. If you become a customer we keep a record of the work carried out at your property, because that history is what makes later treatments effective and is required for any warranty or audit claim.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Who can see it

Enquiry details are visible to the staff handling your enquiry and the technician assigned to your site. Our email provider processes the notification message that alerts us to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Service records for completed work are kept for as long as required for warranty and statutory purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will action the request.
