Every service below begins with an inspection and ends with a written report. Prices are quoted per site after we have seen it — a number given over the phone without an inspection is a guess.
Termite control
Subterranean termites do their damage out of sight, inside skirting, door frames and structural timber. We trace the activity back to the soil, treat the barrier and the affected timber, then re-inspect to confirm the colony is gone.

Cockroach control
German and American cockroaches live in warm, humid voids — behind appliances, in duct runs, under counters. Gel baiting reaches them there without filling your kitchen with spray.

Rodent control
Rodents are a structural problem before they are a pest problem. We find how they are getting in, close it, and use mapped, tamper-resistant stations rather than loose bait.

Bed bug treatment
Bed bugs hide in seams, joints and frames and survive half-measures easily. The treatment has to cover the whole room and be repeated on the hatch cycle.

Mosquito & fly control
Fogging alone is theatre. It kills the adults in front of you and changes nothing about the breeding site producing the next generation.

House ant control
Spraying visible ants kills the ten percent you can see and scatters the rest into new sub-colonies. Baiting works with the colony's own behaviour instead of against it.

Wood borer treatment
Powder-post beetles turn furniture and joinery to dust from the inside. Treatment is matched to the timber, the finish and how far the attack has progressed.

Annual maintenance contracts
A contract is worth having only if it is specific. Ours names the pests covered, the visit schedule, the response time and what happens if the pest returns between visits.
